Carmen graduated from Virginia Tech with a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science with a Minor in Mathematics and Psychology. After college, Carmen worked extensively with database-driven web applications for both large corporations and small companies. She thrives on the dynamic culture and challenges of the Internet marketplace.

Carmen works as a web programmer in the Hagerstown, Maryland office. Her hobbies include watching football, fishing, riding motorcycles and cooking. She lives in Hagerstown with her two sons, Journey and Jackson.
